The Way of Tai Chi Chuan Understanding and Harmonizing with the Essence of Nature for Optimum Health

Establishing a solid Tai Chi foundation is the priority for achieving optimum health and strength.  For the first two months of training, class time will begin with Qigong, followed by traditional Tai Chi forms practice.  As foundations are established, Tai Chi cane, fan and sword will be introduced into class training sessions over time. Every class will take you deeper into the essential principles of Tai Chi Chuan, while also introducing you to movements like silk reeling, and Bagua Circle Walking.  Beginners and experienced practitioners alike will grow their skills in a gentle atmosphere of meditation and encouragement.
